All prices listed are in Indian Rupees for delivery in Bangalore only.

Ordering Policy

Please verify the time required for each product before ordering. If you have ordered without giving us a sufficient notice as per the indicated time in the product page, we would be unable to deliver the product. So please ensure that you read the terms and conditions against each product before ordering. We ensure that all the products published on this site are available for ordering, however in certain cases, if the ordered product is unavailable another product of equal value would be delivered. Also be aware that the weights indicated are approximate and might vary.

Refund Policy

Since cakes are perishable goods and are made to order, we would not be able to provide any refunds. No refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailable and other causes beyond the control of us would not be entertained.

Shipping Policy

Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.

Cakes (being perishable products) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall Deliver / Despatch within 24 Hours.

While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

Hotel

• Full address of the hotel.
• Room No.
• Telephone number of the hotel.
• Name of Tour company, if applicable.

Hospital

• Full address of the hospital.
• Ward number or name.
• Home address of recipient with phone number.

We take sufficient care in shipping your orders. Cakes are delicate and are prone to damage in vehicles traveling in city traffic. Though we have special vehicles and equipments to handle them, we would advice our customers to be aware of the damage that could be caused during the shipping. No refunds either in part of in full would be provided in case of shipping related damages.
